Grace Tree’s mission is to raise trauma awareness through adjunct trauma recovery movement modalities in our community by delivering evidence-based behavioral, private & group somatic mindful movement programs, presentations, and educational opportunities and train the trainer programs to help our community to regulate the central nervous system and facilitate trauma recovery.
Mental Health and Trauma affects us as individuals, families, schools, workplace, our communities and the world. Grace Tree is dedicated to help those suffering with mental health challenges with somatic movement modalities, and offer recovery as a process of change through which people improve their health and wellness, live self-directed lives, and strive to reach their full potential.

Our "Community Trauma Movement Outreach" program was first in San Antonio and is something that we take very seriously. Our organization works each day to make a positive impact embracing grace, dignity, and respect working with trauma survivors and their families. Somatic Movement & Trauma Sensitive Yoga
Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TSY) is an empirically validated, adjunct clinical intervention for complex trauma or chronic, treatment-resistant post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). This mindful movement modality was researched and developed at the Trauma Center in Brookline, Massachusetts, since 2003. The Grace Tree Initiative brings our commitment full circle by providing trauma education, awareness. evidence-based Somatic and Trauma Sensitive Yoga to restore and empower trauma survivors. The results is gaining a restored nervous system, and neurobiological regulation.
